We
take all possible measurements to guarantee our products quality
reliable.
Materials This
is the first step of production. It is the key point to decide
product quality. Most of our materials, especially flower
and leaf vegetables, are from our own farm or contract farming.
Nowadays, most consumers take chemical residue as the most
sensitive factor of vegetables for consumption. Both our own
farm and contract farms control strictly to when, what and
how much pesticides or fertilizers are applied and keep specific
records. Thus, our materials are of quality choices.
Facilities All
machines inside workshop are made of stainless steel. We introduced
in an advanced machine to settle chemical residue. All final
products must pass through metal detector. Ultraviolet lamps
(bacteria killer), flying pests killer, mouse arrester are
applied at all necessary places.
HACCP All
products are produced following strict HACCP. According to
General HACCP terms, we will compose a Quality Plan and HACCP
Flow Chart for every production. These plans and charts will
be improved more and more perfect in later productions.
Management At
the beginning and end of a working shift, a special worker
is arranged to check all tools (such as knives and plastic
trays), lamps and window glasses inside workshops and keep
specific records. If a knife or glass is found broken, the
missing part(s) must be found out. Or, all products that are
produced at that right shift must be thrown away as waste.
Another special person is arranged to manage the toilets.
Besides keeping the toilets clean, this person is also obliged
to keep records of the workers' toilet entrance times. Those
who use toilet twice within one shift will be advised to take
a rest.
