Broccoli

Broccoli is one of our most competitive products. All materials are under our absolute control. Most materials come from our own farm. Some come from contract farming. We buy seeds directly from Japanese or American seed companies or their sales agents in China. Both our own farm and contract farms keep specific records on when, what and how much pesticides or fertilizers are applied.

Generally speaking, we plant and harvest broccoli twice a year. Spring crops are harvested from May to June and Autumn crops from October to November. From December to March, materials are available from the South.
