Strawberry

Strawberry is actually a kind of fruit. Consumers might have stronger feeling to strawberry sauce than strawberry itself. In modern society, strawberry sauce has become a popular seasoning like salt and cream. So, the demands are large and steady.

Near our factory, since a few years ago, more and more farmers start planting strawberry. Until now, there are three main varieties at our area. American No. 6 and All Star are the earliest varieties that were introduced in. Two years ago, a new variety called Singa Singana was introduced from Europe. Its planting area expands much faster than American No. 6 and All Star. The harvest time is from Mid-May to Mid June.

Strawberry can not be stored for long time. It can not stand long distance transportation either. So, it must be processed within shortest period after harvest. Our factory is at most 10 minutes way by bike from the strawberry fields. So we are the best choice to process quality strawberry.
