菠菜
菠菜营养丰富，对各种气候都有很强的适应性。由于有悠久的菠菜种植和加工历史，我们这里被誉为中国最大的菠菜栽培和加工基地。对大多数当地的蔬菜生产商，冷冻菠菜是传统项目。
菠菜一年能种三季。越冬菠菜11月种植，4月收获。春菠菜3月种植，5－6月收获。秋菠菜9月种植，收获期为10－11月。
